PFN_KEYBD_EVENT (Windows CE 5.0)
This function retrieves keyboard events after the keyboard system interrupt is signaled. It is called by the upper layer.

Parameters
- uiPddId
[in] Index of the PDD. - uiScanCode
[out] Scan code of the key press or key release. - fKeyDown
[out] TRUE for key press, FALSE for key release.
