IOCTL_KITL_GET_INFO (Windows CE 5.0)
This IOCTL is called to return information that is specific to the KITL transport.
The OEMIoControl function calls this IOCTL.
Remarks
The parameters and semantics are determined by the implementer. The OEM can implement this IOCTL to provide KITL information to applications and drivers.
