Init Method (ISoapServer) (Windows CE 5.0)
This method initializes the SoapServer object (accessed using the ISoapServer interface) with the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) and Web Services Meta Language (WSML) files provided as input.

Parameters
- bstrWSDLFileName
[in] WSDL file that describes the services offered by the server. - bstrWSMLFileSpec
[in] WSML file that maps the operations of a service described in the WSDL file to specific methods in the COM object. WSML files are specific to the Microsoft SOAP implementation.

The following table describes the common return values.

| S_OK | Success. |
| E_NOTIMPL | The function contains no implementation. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Out of memory. |
