BthAGNetworkSwapCall (Windows CE 5.0)
This function is called by the Audio Gateway (AG) service to change the call status from active to hold and to change the call status from hold to active.

Return Values
If the function call succeeds, the return value is ERROR_SUCCESS. Any other value indicates a failure.
Remarks
BthAGNetworkSwapCall is called asynchronously.
This function performs the following tasks:
- If an active call and a call on the hold status exist simultaneously, then this function puts the active call on hold and makes the other call active.
- If there is an active call and an incoming call, then this function puts the active call on hold and makes the incoming call active.
- If only an active call exists, then the call is put on hold.
- If there is a call on hold, then the call is made active.
