Inserts an element into the collection at the specified index.

Parameters

• index
  Type: System.Int32

  The zero-based index at which value is inserted.

• value
  Type: System.Object

  The element to insert.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

You can receive this exception because of either of the following reasons:

• index is less than zero.

• index is greater than Count.

ArgumentNullException

array is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

ArgumentException

value already exists in the collection.
