IMSVidStreamBufferV2SourceEvent::RatingsChanged method (segment.h)

Fired when the SBE2 source filter receives a STREAMBUFFER_EC_RATE_CHANGED event, which indicates the playback rate has changed.
Syntax
HRESULT RatingsChanged();
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
