Parameters

• payload
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.ExtensionManager.IInstallableExtension

  The IInstallableExtension that represents the VSIX package.

• exception
  Type: System.Exception

  The exception that was thrown.

• canceled
  Type: System.Boolean

  true if the installation was canceled; otherwise, false.

• jobId
  Type: System.Guid

  The job ID of the installation.

Although this API supports the Extension Manager infrastructure, we recommend that you do not use it because it is subject to change.
