Creates the object identifier.

ExtensionIdentifier.CreateObjectIdentifier (ExtensionIdentifier, ExtensionIdentifier)	Construct an object identifier by combining object identifier and type identifier.
ExtensionIdentifier.CreateObjectIdentifier (ManagementPack, ExtensionIdentifier)	Construct an object identifier without path specified. In this case, the path is generated as well to keep it unique in its mp.
ExtensionIdentifier.CreateObjectIdentifier (ManagementPack, IList)	Creates the object identifier or either top element or sub element.
ExtensionIdentifier.CreateObjectIdentifier (ManagementPack, IList, ExtensionIdentifier)	Construct an object identifier by providing type identifier.
ExtensionIdentifier.CreateObjectIdentifier (ManagementPack, String)	Creates the object identifier for top element.
ExtensionIdentifier.CreateObjectIdentifier (ManagementPack, String, ExtensionIdentifier)	Creates the object identifier for top element.
