UserParameters defines the parameters that are passed with a Configuration Manager state message.
Type: Parent.
Instances: One or one.
Attributes
| Attribute | Description |

MeterDataID |
A GUID that uniquely identifies the usage instance of a program. |
UserName |
The name of the user who used the program. This is in the form Domain\Username. |
StartTime |
The time that the user started using the program. |
EndTime |
The time that the user ended the program. If the program is still running when the usage data is collected, this value is set to the current reporting time. |
Status |
The usage status of the program. This can be one of the following values: 1 - The program is still running. 2 - The start time was not captured. 4 - The program end time was not captured 8 - The program was or is running in a terminal services session. |
