SMS_CollectToSubCollect_a Server WMI Class

The SMS_CollectToSubCollect_a Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) class is an SMS Provider server class, in Configuration Manager, that relates an SMS_Collection Server WMI Class object with its parent collection.

The following syntax is simplified from Managed Object Format (MOF) code and includes all inherited properties.

This class is the only association class that is not read-only. Although your application can use this class to modify the hierarchy of the collection, the preferred class to use is SMS_CollectToSubCollect Server WMI Class. Because the membership of the collection is defined by its subcollections, in addition to its collection rules, adding or deleting instances of this class modifies the parent collection. Thus, the application must modify rights to the parent collection to modify the collection hierarchy.
