Application.ProcessEventsInOrder Property
Gets or sets a value that indicates how the application processes event batches.
Namespace: Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Nmo
Assembly : Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo (in microsoft.sqlserver.smo.dll)
Syntax
'Declaration
Public Property ProcessEventsInOrder As Boolean
public bool ProcessEventsInOrder { get; set; }
public:
property bool ProcessEventsInOrder {
bool get ();
void set (bool value);
}
/** @property */
public boolean get_ProcessEventsInOrder ()
/** @property */
public void set_ProcessEventsInOrder (boolean value)
public function get ProcessEventsInOrder () : boolean
public function set ProcessEventsInOrder (value : boolean)
Eigenschaftswert
true if Notification Services processes event batches in the order in which they arrived (sub-quantum sequencing); false if Notification Services processes all event batches that arrived during a quantum at the same time (quantum sequencing).
Hinweise
Aktualisierter Text:05. Dezember 2005
If you use the Application(Instance,String) constructor, the default value is false. If you use the default constructor, you must set this property.
This property provides a choice between strict data correctness and generator performance. If the value is false, Notification Services uses quantum sequencing. For more information, see Angeben der Ereignisverarbeitungsreihenfolge.
Beispiel
The following examples show how to set all application execution settings, including event processing behavior:
// Define application execution settings
myApplication.QuantumDuration = new TimeSpan(0, 0, 15);
myApplication.PerformanceQueryInterval = new TimeSpan(0, 0, 5);
myApplication.SubscriptionQuantumLimit = 1;
myApplication.ChronicleQuantumLimit = 1;
myApplication.VacuumRetentionAge = new TimeSpan(0, 0, 1);
myApplication.LogBeforeDeliveryAttempts = false;
myApplication.LogNotificationText = false;
myApplication.LogStatusInfo = false;
myApplication.EventThrottle = 500;
myApplication.NotificationThrottle = 500;
myApplication.SubscriptionThrottle = 500;
myApplication.ProcessEventsInOrder = false;
' Define application execution settings
myApplication.QuantumDuration = New TimeSpan(0, 0, 15)
myApplication.PerformanceQueryInterval = New TimeSpan(0, 0, 5)
myApplication.SubscriptionQuantumLimit = 1
myApplication.ChronicleQuantumLimit = 1
myApplication.VacuumRetentionAge = New TimeSpan(0, 0, 1)
myApplication.LogBeforeDeliveryAttempts = False
myApplication.LogNotificationText = False
myApplication.LogStatusInfo = False
myApplication.EventThrottle = 500
myApplication.NotificationThrottle = 500
myApplication.SubscriptionThrottle = 500
myApplication.ProcessEventsInOrder = False
