The LocalizedException class uses localized strings for exception messages.

The LocalizedException type exposes the following members.

	LocalizedException(LocalizedString)	The LocalizedException constructor creates a new LocalizedException with a localized string for the error message.
	LocalizedException(SerializationInfo, StreamingContext)	The LocalizedException constructor creates a new serializable LocalizedException object.
	LocalizedException(LocalizedString, Exception)	The LocalizedException constructor uses a localized error message to create a new LocalizedException object from an inner exception.
