PimPropertySet.Add (String)	Creates a custom string property, assigning it the default PIM property flags.
PimPropertySet.Add (String, Type)	Creates a custom property, assigning it the default PIM property flags (property is not indexed, and is replicated on the UI).
PimPropertySet.Add (String, Type, PimPropertyFlags)	Creates a custom property with the specified flags.
