SystemWebDeploymentSection Class [IIS 7 and higher]

Defines configuration settings that support the deployment of a Web application.

Retail	A read/write boolean value. true if the Web application is deployed in retail mode; otherwise, false. The default is false. When Retail is true, ASP.NET will disable certain settings, such as trace output, custom errors, and debug capabilities, that are defined in the configuration file. This property applies only to the computer-level and application-level configuration files.
