Utility.GetAndRemoveParameter Method

Name	Description
Utility.GetAndRemoveParameter (List, Int32)	Retrieves a specific parameter by line number
Utility.GetAndRemoveParameter (List, String)	Takes a parameter list from a prior call to SplitLines and retrieves a specific parameter by name. The parameter is removed from the list so it can only be retrieved once with this call.
