Invokes the method that handles the MapChanged event of an observable map.
Syntax

Parameters
sender [in]
Type: IObservableMap<K, V>*The observable map that changed.
e [in]
Type: IMapChangedEventArgs<K>*The description of the change that occurred in the map.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
