ITimeZone::get_StandardBias

The StandardBias property gets the offset in minutes added to a time zone when it is in standard time. This is normally 0.
Syntax
HRESULT get_StandardBias(
long * plBias
);
Parameters
- plBias
[out] Reference to the offset.
Return Value
This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:
- S_OK
The method completed successfully.
Remarks
StandardBias is undefined if SupportsDST is FALSE.
