Create a in-memory object for CloudServiceRoleProfileProperties

Example 1: Create role profile properties object

$role = New-AzCloudServiceRoleProfilePropertiesObject -Name 'WebRole' -SkuName 'Standard_D1_v2' -SkuTier 'Standard' -SkuCapacity 2
