Monthly release April 2023

Features in the April 2023 release are enabled for users running in the monthly channel with build 2304.1. Early testing for this release is available starting with build 2303.1.

About dialog shows channel

The about dialog has been updated to indicate the channel and release when in the monthly channel.

Setting panel replaces settings menu

The settings icon button now opens as a panel instead of a dropdown menu aligning with the M365/Office experience for the most common settings. The settings panel provides improved experience and allows new settings to be added for quick access.

Modern grid replaces classic grid on dashboards

Default read-only grids on standard dashboard pages are switched to the modern grid control for consistency between view and form pages.

Collapsible left panel

This feature allows agents in the Customer Service workspace app to collapse the communication panel to popover or a narrow rail.
