3.2.2.2.4 Context-Handle Keep-Alive Timer

This timer SHOULD be kept per activity (not per call).<81> It SHOULD be started with an interval of 20 seconds when the client increments the activity's Context Handle Count, as long as the timer is not already started. It SHOULD be canceled when the activity's Context Handle Count reaches zero.
