Vorgehensweise: Implementieren eines asynchronen Dienstvorgangs
In WCF-Anwendungen (Windows Communication Foundation) kann ein Dienstvorgang asynchron oder synchron implementiert werden, ohne dem Client vorzuschreiben, wie er ihn aufzurufen hat. So können z. B. asynchrone Dienstvorgänge synchron aufrufen, und synchrone Dienstvorgänge können asynchron aufgerufen werden.
