Gets a value that indicates whether the Bookmark control is empty.

true if the Bookmark control is empty; otherwise, false.
Remarks
An empty Bookmark control marks a location (a collapsed selection); it does not mark any text.
An exception is thrown if the Bookmark control does not exist. Use the Exists method to determine whether the Bookmark control exists.
