Compares two .NET Framework versions and determines which version comes before the other one.

Returns
An integer value that specifies the sort order position of a .NET Framework version instance relative to another version instance. A value of 0 means the two values are equal, a value of -1 indicates that versionA precedes versionB, and a value of 1 indicates that versionA comes after versionB.
