Gets the minimal date supported by this CalendarView in milliseconds since January 1, 1970 00:00:00 in TimeZone#getDefault() time zone. -or- Sets the minimal date supported by this CalendarView in milliseconds since January 1, 1970 00:00:00 in TimeZone#getDefault() time zone.
