Compares two signal strengths.

Parameters
- rssiA
- Int32
The power of the first signal measured in RSSI.
- rssiB
- Int32
The power of the second signal measured in RSSI.
Returns
Returns <0 if the first signal is weaker than the second signal, 0 if the two signals have the same strength, and >0 if the first signal is stronger than the second signal.
