This field represents a set of flags used for configuring an
AccessibilityService.

Remarks
This field represents a set of flags used for configuring an AccessibilityService.
<strong>Can be dynamically set at runtime.</strong>
<strong>Note:</strong> Accessibility services with targetSdkVersion greater than Build.VERSION_CODES#Q API 29 cannot dynamically set the #FLAG_REQUEST_ACCESSIBILITY_BUTTON at runtime. It must be specified in the accessibility service metadata file.
