Closing Tool Windows

Eventually, after using them, you will want to close one or more tool windows.  You can do this easily by either clicking the close button for the tool window (the "X" in the upper-right corner):

Or you can simply press SHIFT + ESC to close the current tool window.  Easy stuff.

    Pressing Shift+Esc is quite a stretch on my keyboard. :) Of course, VS lets you re-bind the command (Window.CloseToolWindow) so it's all good!
