This one falls squarely into the "trick" category.  As near as I can tell it doesn't do anything but definitely interesting to note.  In my journey of exploring the Debug commands I came across this item:

 

I tried running it from every project type but this is the result:

 

Best guess is this was left in accidentally and now is just a fun little post to keep you entertained :)
