    I use codelib to manage any info that I come across from code snippets to pictures to web pages. It's free and can be downloaded from

    Most of the pages are in Chinese, but the app is in english (once you get it downloaded)

    I read the RSS using Newsgator and use Outlook 2003's search folders and color coded flags -- work pretty well for me.
