Note 2:  These are not available in Windows Update.

Note 3:  You can download them without entering your e-mail address and captcha if you are a Microsoft Premier customer and have a https://Premier.Microsoft.com account.

Note 4:  Carefully review the list and decide which might be applicable to your unique environment.

Note 5:  Test in your test and your quality assurance environment.

I am having the exact same problem highlited in the following KB article for Vista: <support.microsoft.com/.../2189014> Is this a known problem or is their a hotfix for it? Thanks Craig Craig, Make sure that you have the latest binary installed: 2663418 You have to wait more than two minutes before you can access mapped drives when you wake a Windows 7-based computer from sleep and set the registry key in KB2189014 and give it a test. If that doesn't fix your issue, a case open with the Customer Service and Support (CSS) - Commercial Technical Support (CTS) is in order. Good luck, Yong
