The “Debugging Tools for Windows” version 10.0.10041.3 ships with the Windows WDK for Windows 10 Technical Preview (TP) or Windows SDK for Windows 10 Technical Preview (TP).

To download and install:

Windows Driver Development Kit (WDK) for Windows 10 Technical Preview

or

Windows Software Development Kit (Windows SDK) for Windows 10 Technical Preview

The 64-bit installs to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers\x64

The 32-bit installs to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers\x86

 

For machines that don’t have internet access, you can copy the redistributables from:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers\Redist\X64 Debuggers And Tools-x64_en-us.msi
