Introducing Xbox givingChiX!

Xbox givingChiX (XCX) is a new organization founded on the mantra of “Give…Game…Connect”; it is a division of the Xbox GamerchiX. The goal of the organization is to encourage gamers to work together for the benefit of charitable causes for women and children. XCX will sponsor various events to bring awareness to these charities—gamer to gamer. The Co-directors of XCX are Kiki kiki kat Lewis and Nori kilaM0Mjaro Fox, who have the full support Christa trixie360 Charter, Xbox LIVE Community Manager and co-founder (along with Chloe PMS Kitty Brown and Sara DirtyDiva Nicholson) of the Xbox GamerchiX:

“Since starting GamerchiX three years ago I’ve been overwhelmed by the members’ desire to reach out to and help one another, and have long wanted to do something more official", states Christa Charter. "We started small last October with our “Blitz Breast Cancer” campaign in partnership with EA Sports. And now, with Kiki and Nori leading the charge I am confident that our 10,000+ GamerchiX and supporters will have a real impact on the lives of women and children in need.”

The first Xbox givingChiX charity event will be the PAX Tweet-Up, a luncheon to collect donations for various women’s shelters around the Seattle area that is being organized by Leonardo “Leo” Comerlato, Kiki Lewis, and Nori Fox. The date and time of the PAX Tweet-Up will be announced in the near future and will coincide with The Penny Arcade Exposition (PAX), an annual three-day gaming event held in Seattle, Washington, that drew over 58,500 guests in 2008.
