How to Join the Halo: Reach Beta

It’s Monday, May 3, the beginning of the Halo: Reach beta, and we’re getting lots of questions on just how one participates.

  Same!!!! i got an email that said since original xbox live service was being discontinued and since i played original xbox games on my xbox 360 they would email me a code to get into the reach beta and they still havent sent it.

  Yea iv bin wating all day i got the 400 points and the 3 month message so wheres are code xbox!!!

  Same thing here, on the Live dashboard there is a little info section on the beta and it says you need ODST. That's not what the email I got said (The Original XBox Live Discontinuation). Shame, I haven't looked forward to playing my xbox in quite a while until today.

  The codes for those who were offered them via email may take up to 48 hours to get sent out as reported on the article page. So keep checking your email, they'll get there.
