Team Foundation Service is now released!
Here’s my summary of the key links and information:
Does the URL change from <myname>.tfspreview.com?
Yes, that will continue to work, but your account will now be available at <myname>.visualstudio.com. Mine just worked, there’s no “migration” to go through.
Is it still free?
Yes, for up to 5 users, or it’s included as a benefit for MSDN Subscribers with Visual Studio Ultimate, Premium or Test Professional.

Note that hosted build is still in preview, and will not be charged for currently although that will change to a limited number of build services available in the free plan in the future, see the link above for more details.
