We are pleased to announce the Champion Awards 2016 winners, the “best of the best”, selected by their peers and communities, for impact over the past 12 months.

It has been a humbling experience to review each nomination and realize the magnitude of impact these engineers have made to Microsoft and our communities.

The Visual Studio ALM Rangers team is a model of how Microsoft Product Groups, Services, User Education, Developer Experience and Communities can collaborate together to deliver out of band solutions for missing features and guidance.

    It is important to emphasise that all Rangers have a real job and are delivering guidance, experience and solutions as volunteers, investing their family-time in the developer community. With this context, everyone’s contributions are truly precious. Champions, thank you very much for sharing your experience and exceptional skills, passion, and helping us mentor, guide and nudge the Ranger community to go further than ever before.
