Introducing the Visual Studio ALM Rangers – Jeffrey Opdam
My name is Jeffrey Opdam and I have been working for 13 years with .NET, as a developer, technical lead, Scrum master and later on also as a software architect. During these years I have been using and supporting teams with Team Foundation Server. I started out as a freelancer in March 2016 and I am coaching various teams with their Continuous Delivery journey using TFS or VSTS.
What makes you “tick”?
I get a lot of energy when all the pieces fall in place and stuff just work. How more complex the puzzle is, how more satisfying it is when the puzzle is solved. When solved, I love to shout the quote “I love it when a plan comes together”.
Where you live?
I live in Zoetermeer the Netherlands, in the oldest street of the city in the center, with my wife Susan and two kids. My daughter (Elin) is currently 4 years old and my son (Tim) is 2 years old.
Why did you join this community?
I am hoping to join the ALM Rangers, so I can help with sharing the knowledge amongst the users and help with projects the ALM Rangers are running.
This post is part of an ongoing series of Rangers introductions. SeeRanger Index (Who is Who?)for more details.
