Undoing your Outlook
We all make mistakes while using Outlook. My most common one is deleting emails before I've read them properly. When working in Outlook I'm usually in such a hurry that something weird occasionally happens in my brain soon after I press the delete button. It's normally about then that I realise there's some ultra-important information in the deleted email that I really ought to have kept.
The good news is that Outlook features an Undo command in the Edit menu (or just hit CTRL+Z if you're in a hurry). Because many of us use Outlook every day it's easy to forget that this feature is there. Of course, you can always go to your Deleted Items folder and fish out the item you just deleted, but it's a whole lot easier to hit CTRL+Z just after you commit your mistake.
But then again it's probably quicker still not to make the mistake in the first place. I must get my brain checked again...

Now if only Ctrl Z undid more than just the last action. Would kind of expect the same Ctrl Z and Ctrl Y facility that you get in the rest of the Office applications ...
