Where did that email go?

I may have written about this before - but today I looked through my old posts and I couldn't find it - so I decided to talk about it again. We get a lot of questions coming in to our team like, "My colleague says they sent me a message and I never got it. Where is it? How do I find it?" This can be a tricky situation, because it can be difficult to determine where the message was lost, if it was sent at all. Where is the message that someone claims to have sent me? is a really good resource for Office 365 customers that helps you find incoming mail and determine if a particular message has been identified as spam.
