I'm Selling Windows Vista & Office 2007 Today At "Het Computerwinkeltje" In Mechelen

As part of the Windows Vista and Office 2007 Launch in Belgium, a big part of the Microsoft Belgium employees will hit the streets today to assist our resellers with giving demonstrations of Windows Vista and Office 2007. Chances are that you'll bump into one if you'll go to a computer or multimedia store today.

I'll be at Het Computerwinkeltje in Mechelen, which I find a lucky coincidence as I'm working with these guys quite a lot for the MSPress book promo and Visual Studio licensing sales. Feel free to pass by and give me, Ellen (a colleague from Microsoft) and Johnny (our promoboy) a visit... We'll be there from 10:00 till 18:00.

Update after the facts:

It has been a very enjoyable day. Met quite some developers, most of them picking up MS Press books, and a lot of technology enthusiasts. About the results: the shop was already out of Windows Vista Ultimate UK boxes before noon; two other editions sold out a few hours later. At the end of the day, the people in the store seemed very happy with the results. The only negative point for me was that I was really exhausted at the end. Conclusion: it was a very nice day. The guys of HCW were great. I also loved to talk with customers that I normally don't encounter. I'm a Windows Vista/Office 2007 enthusiast and I hope I was able to spread my enthusiasm to some other people...
