Don "blogcasts" on Service Factory

Have you heard about this new Service Factory thing but you're not sure how to get started? One option is to join the community, download the preview bits and dive in head first. But if you prefer a kinder, gentler option, Don has started to put together some "blogcasts" that provide video introductions to key parts of the deliverable. (I'm not sure if blogcast is actually a real word, but Don seems to think so, so I'll play along for now :-).     No, "blogcast" is not a real term but a pathetic sidestep of "podcast", which the rest of the world has accepted and moved on from.  Get with it.

    Actually the point here is that these aren't podcasts as they have video too. I don't know if there's an accepted term for these...
