Upgrade from Team Foundation Server Trial Edition

For those who are using Team Foundation Server Trial Edition, here is the guide on how to upgrade to Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Team Foundation Server Workgroup edition:

TFS Trial à TFS
1. On the Team Foundation application-tier server, click Start, click Settings, and then click Control Panel
2. Click Add or Remove Programs
3. Click Change or Remove Programs. Click Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Server, and then click Change/Remove
4. In Maintenance Mode Options, select Upgrade to Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Server
5. Key in the product key for your Team Foundation Server, and then click Next.
6. On the Maintenance - Setup Complete page, click Finish
TFS Workgroup Trial Edition

à TFS Workgroup Trial Edition
1. On the Team Foundation application-tier server, click Start, click Settings, and then click Control Panel
2. Click Add or Remove Programs
3. Click Change or Remove Programs. Click Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Server, and then click Change/Remove
4. In Maintenance Mode Options, select Upgrade to Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Server
5. Key in the product key for your Team Foundation Server, and then click Next.
6. On the Maintenance - Setup Complete page, click Finish
7. On the Control Panel, Click Add or Remove Programs
8. Click Change or Remove Programs. Click Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Server, and then click Change/Remove
9. In Maintenance Mode Options, select Repair or Reinstall, and then click Next
10. On the Service Account page, enter the TFS service account name and password
11. On the Reporting Data Source Account page, enter the TFS reporintg account name and password
12. On the Maintenance - Repair Complete page, click Finish

* You need Team Foundation Server product media to complete the upgrade from TFS workgroup trial edition to TFS workgroup edition
