Tip of the Day: Printing for Windows 8 Apps

Did you know you can print from the PDF Reader and other Windows 8 apps?

Access the Device Charm from the PDF Reader. There are a couple of ways to do this:

  1. Open the Charms menu by swiping from the right edge of your screen and then tapping the Devices charm:

     

  2. Hit the Windows Key

    + k

With the Devices list open, choose which printer you’d like to send the document to. This works from certain other Windows 8 apps too such as the Photos app.

    Yes, this is a wonderful tip of those who use windows 8 operating systems. It helps the user understand the software and technology... also it is a easier way to use what is up to date in today's society.
