The Azure RemoteApp PowerShell cmdlets and SDK have now been released, and are a part of the Azure PowerShell Module starting with version 0.8.15.1.

Beyond being able to automate deployment and management of Azure RemoteApp, this also enables administrators to manage custom RDP properties on their collections without engaging support.
