Prioritizing VC++ bug fixing
The VC++ team blog has a message regarding how MSDN Product Feedback Center bug reports will be addressed during the Orcas cycle. We're doing our best to balance quality with Orcas work with forward-looking post-Orcas work, and this is one of the results of that balancing act. It's definitely worth reading if you're a VC++ user.

Microsoft has made it pretty clear not only to me but even to MVPs that VC++ is not a product where bugs are going to be fixed in the next release.
Priority? Imaginary.
I was idiotic enough to buy a renewal MSDN subscription at the Pro level in anticipation of the next version of Visual Studio. Do you know how to get a refund? I have a glass cube called a "ship it" award that looks like it needs to be shipped back too. - Anonymous

Norm,
I tried to address the issue you raised here: http://blogs.msdn.com/texblog/archive/2006/06/04/617708.aspx
Regarding refund, you should check with the retailer from which you made your purchase.
Thanks,
