SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 is now available
Approximately one year ago, we launched SQL Server 2014. Today, May 15, we are pleased to announce the release of SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 (SP1). The Service Pack is initially available for download on the Microsoft Download Center. SQL Server 2014 with SP1 will be rolling out to additional venues including MSDN/TechNet, the Volume Licensing center, and other channels starting May 21, 2015.
SQL Server 2014 SP1 contains fixes provided in SQL Server 2014 CU 1 up to and including CU 5, as well as a rollup of fixes previously shipped in SQL Server 2012 SP2. For highlights of the release, please read the Knowledge Base Article for Microsoft SQL Server 2014 SP1.

i've already tested & installed CU7 , due to nested Joins issue which I liked to be solved ... some of the my joins are better evaluated on sql2005 ... I just seen huge differences on the way the joins are handled so I've enabled the trace 4138 + installed cu7 just to make this problem go away... I can still see some problems due to interlocking but at least I could step over sql2005 performance wise ( I can still have 2 of my queries better performing in sql2008sp4...though) should I upgrade to sp1 if I already have cu7 installed ? what will be the result ? cu5(as in sp1) or cu7 ?Anonymous

Service Pack 1 (SP1) does not contain SQL 2014 CU6 or CU7. Installing SP1, with CU6 or CU7 installed, may regress CU6/CU7 fixes. Our recommendation is to wait for Service Pack 1 CU1 to be available before updating to SP1 if you are relying on specific updates contained in either CU6 or CU7. SP1 CU1 should be available within the next 4 weeks.Anonymous

Any idea when CU1 will be available? It's been 5 weeks since may 18 and I absolutely need this CU to be able to disable TSL1.0 and TSL 1.1 for PCI Compliance. Thanks!
