Can these be made publicly available, instead of having to request them? I am building a new server and wanted to patch it to date so called support to request the download. After not receving anything, I called back to find out they had taken my email address down incorrectly. They then sent thorugh a link to the hotfix, but only for the Master Data Services, not the database engine. At least put the request link on the KB article as life is too short to have to keep going through phone support.
