When I go to the KB article 2345451 and click the link "View and request hotfix downloads" I just get an error that says: The system is currently unavailable. Please try back later, or contact support if you want immediate assistance. It has been this way for several days now. When will this be fixed so that I can download the latest cumulative update for SQL Server 2008 R2?Anonymous

Can't download Cumulative Update #4 either. Any news when SP1 will be available? A SQL Server license is very expensive. The rate at which you are publishing updates is proving very disappointing.Anonymous

WHY CAN"T WE HAVE A SINGLE WEB PAGE FOR THIS TYPE OF INFORMATION?? I see one blog post about CU1 or CU2 and a SP1 CTP. Why can't Microsoft provide a simple web page that allows me to select my product and current service level, which would then tell me what patches, updates, cu, sp, feature packs, etc. need be applied??????? BETTER YET WHY ISNT THIS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH MICROSOFT UPDATE????????????????????????????
