PHP Driver for SQL Server now in the PHP Manual

Following our recent inclusion to the PHP Extension Community Library, we are also excited to announce that we have also uploaded the corresponding documentation to the PHP Manual! These are the missing pieces to our PECL extensions, and will provide PHP customers with a convenient place to find information on our extensions.

You can find our Native Driver (SQLSRV) manual here, and our PDO Driver (PDO_SQLSRV) manual here.
