CSC’s Integral Running on SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Scales to 1,000 Concurrent Users with Excellent Performance

CSC’s Integral is a comprehensive administration suite for life insurance and annuities/pensions, property and casualty (P&C), general insurance, and group insurance. In February and March 2012, CSC and Microsoft conducted performance and scalability testing on the Integral P&C application running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 RC0 Enterprise. The benchmark testing was very successful, demonstrating a near-linear scalability to 1,000 concurrent users running against a database of 1.5 million policies, while maintaining excellent performance.
