    Hi - thats great to hear that the 953027 hotfix is available - is there any word on when a public download link will be available from microsoft instead of having to contact support to get it?   Is there any estimated timeframe on when the service pack mentioned will be released to the public:   "Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Systems Management Server 2003 service pack that contains this hotfix." cheers
